A suite of subject and topic based guides including links to subscribed databases, websites and other resources. Also includes some instructional material such as Referencing guides and EndNote (online and desktop) guides and workbooks.
A Myplace Module with topics including search techniques, finding articles, and referencing.
Each topic contains various elements including videos, reading, quizzes and learning activities.
Students can work through the module in their own time and complete topics in any order.
Training by Library staff and external providers that is available to ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ students. Some courses are aimed at specific cohorts, others are open to all.
Workshops include sessions related to SUPrimo, EndNote, Referencing & Plagiarism, Dissertation support, as well as courses from external providers on specific databases.
Online live sessions on a range of topics including finding materials, referencing, Google and Google Scholar etc.
Sessions include some topics from the Academic Library Skills module as wells as others with colleagues from parts of the University such as wellbeing and Exam preparation.
Sessions run on Mondays (12pm to 12:45pm) and Wednesdays (16pm to 16:45pm) during semester.
